Sponsorship and exhibitor registration is now open for the 2026 Kentucky Diabetes Symposium on Friday, November 13, 2026.
This year marks an exciting new chapter as we expand to three in‑person symposium locations across Kentucky. With synchronized live programming and exhibitor halls at all three locations, sponsors and exhibitors have triple the reach to healthcare professionals and local communities.
Symposium Locations:
- Louisville – Primary Location (Speakers Onsite)
- Prestonsburg – Eastern Kentucky Satellite (Speakers Live Streamed)
- Owensboro – Western Kentucky Satellite (Speakers Live Streamed)
Sponsors are expected to have an in-person presence at all three locations. If a sponsor is unable to have a representative at all three locations, they are required to send informational materials and any giveaway items to the sites they cannot attend in advance to ensure full representation. Additional guidance will be provided prior to the event.
Exhibitors may select the individual locations that best fit their needs for the one-day event.
