  • Connect with other passionate, committed, hard-working diabetes advocates to improve the quality of care for those with or at risk for diabetes.
  • Collaborate with key partners to develop strategies, projects and tools that address common diabetes goals and solve diabetes issues.
  • Coordinate a statewide diabetes coalition to increase diabetes awareness and activities that will help people with or at risk for diabetes.
  • Communicate with policy makers, health professionals, employers, insurance providers and other leaders who make decisions affecting those with or at risk for diabetes.
